Ingredients:

• 100g butter

• 60g powdered sugar

• 2 egg yolks

• 215g cake flour (low-protein flour)

Instructions:

1. Mix the butter, powdered sugar, and cake flour together until well combined.

2. Roll the dough into a sheet about 5–7mm thick.

3. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.

4. Take it out and start cutting with your cookie cutter.

5. Tip: Dust the cutter with a little cornstarch each time before cutting to prevent sticking!
